Monday Night Modern

Every Monday we host a Modern tournament aimed at somewhat more competitive players. This is an online tournament that requires use of a webcam (cellphones can be used experimentally for this purpose) with overhead setup (easily constructed from household items, including a Magic bundle box), the Magic Companion app, and spelltable.com, the latter two of which use the same free Wizards account. We strongly recommend testing out your setup against a friend on Spelltable ahead of the event, to iron out any technical kinks. Prize support will be set aside behind the counter for all players who accrue it, and can be picked up in-person during normal business hours. Store credit for out-of-town players can be held at the store and utilized by calling in an order to the store, optionally for shipping.
