The Philly Legacy Series returns with our 2nd event of the season! This tournament is being held at our Powelton Village location, using the Legacy banned list, and the winner will receive a two-round bye at Eternal Weekend’s main Legacy event in August. All players compete in the same event, and each player must have a Legacy-legal deck in order to play. This event uses Competitive REL and has a Planeswalker Points multiplier of x3.
