After a few grueling weeks with under-performing air conditioning in our upstairs gaming lounge, followed by completely broken air conditioning for a few days, we’ve isolated and repaired the issue. Apologies to anybody who missed an event they wanted to play, or endured an event in the sweltering heat. When the AC was working but not doing a great job, we were told the problem was that of thermostat placement, and it wasn’t until the HVAC completely died that we were able to get to the meat of the problem and have it fixed. We now have a new motor and anticipate a comfortable environment all summer long.
